TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEGALRESEARCH.IO AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR PROFESSIONAL STANDING.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the fees paid by you to LegalResearch.io during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with proceedings held in Columbus, Ohio. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
